Easy and Delicious Air Fryer Egg Bagels

Looking for a twist on your usual breakfast routine that’s both easy and impressively tasty? Let’s talk about transforming ordinary bagels into something extraordinary with your air fryer. Introducing Air Fryer Egg Bagels—a creative and delicious way to jazz up your morning meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bagel (any variety)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pesto (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chili oil (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Start by cutting your bagel in half. Carefully enlarge the hole in the center of each half to provide ample space for the egg. 
  2. Brush the bagel halves lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese over the bagel halves, and add a dollop of pesto (optional). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the prepared bagel halves in the air fryer basket. Carefully crack an egg into the hole of each bagel half, trying to keep the yolk intact.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F and cook for 8-10 minutes. If you prefer your eggs over medium or over hard, you may need to adjust the cooking time. 
  5. Once cooked, carefully remove the egg bagels from the air fryer. Drizzle with chili oil for an extra kick of flavor and enjoy.
