Eyal Shani, an Israeli Celebrity Chef opened his first restaurant in New York. His signature dish, the spectacular roasted cauliflower people are talking about worldwide, is already on the menu.
‘Miznon’, located in the Chelsea Market, is seen as a way to bring Eyal Shani’s food to a younger and more budget-minded audience. The reason he opened his first ‘Miznon’ in Tel Aviv in 2011 was to give people a different kind of street food. Everything in a pita, but then not Schwarma or Falafel.
‘Miznon’ already turned into a branch and is now existing in different locations worldwide; Paris, Vienna, Melbourne, Australia and now New York.
