Oatmeal

Packed with fiber and nutrients, and whole-grain oatmeal makes a great breakfast that will keep you full for hours. Add some fresh berries and granola for extra fibers and antioxidants and enjoy!

Chicken

Chicken is an excellent source of protein, perfect for lunch and dinner, and just light enough to not to weigh you down but fill you up. Enjoy it on top of a salad with avocados for extra greens in your diet. Chicken salads are far lighter than sandwiches and lean chicken also has far less saturated fats than lamb, beef, and pork.

Beans

Any variety of beans are naturally filling foods, because they are digested slowly, which in turn stabilizes blood sugar. They are also superfoods packed with antioxidants, fiber, protein, and carbs.

Avocados are rich in good fats, B vitamins, and fiber. Roughly 80% of avocado is carbs are fiber, making them an excellent source of sustained energy.
