The “Back to Starbucks” initiative has introduced us to many amazing deals, and their latest offer will make people flock to this coffee chain. Starbucks’ “for here” offer allows dine-in customers to get free refills, and the coffee chain is also bringing back its iconic condiment bar.
Select Starbucks locations in North America brought back the “for here” orders this week, allowing patrons who opt to stick around to enjoy their beverages in mugs, glasses, and other reusable cups brought from home.
This marks the coffee chain’s latest attempt to reduce waste and embrace sustainability, as a part of its initiative to reduce its overall waste by 50% by 2030. Starbucks’ spokesperson described this innovation as “one way we’re returning our cafes to warm welcoming coffeehouses.”
Starbucks visitors who opt for the “for here” order can also enjoy free refills of brewed coffee and tea, either hot or iced. Some of Starbucks’ signature beverages aren’t a part of this offer, including nitro cold brew, regular cold brew, iced tea lemonade, flavored iced teas, and Starbucks Refreshers.
Starbucks also announced the return of the condiment bar, which hasn’t been around since the pandemic. Customers can now add creamer, milk, and sweeteners to their drinks on their own, without asking the barista for help.
