There are many delectable fish dishes out there, and this is among the greatest. If you know how to cook sea bass properly, you can create restaurant-quality dishes that’ll impress even your toughest customers. Here’s how to cook the perfect sea bass dish in 10 minutes.

On the Grill

To cook the perfect sea bass, put your fillets skin-side up on a lightly oiled baking tray. Splash a little olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the fillets on the top shelf for 5-6 minutes, or until cooked through. You can tell when the fish is cooked as it will no longer be opaque in the middle. For best results, make sure the skin is nice and crispy.

Make The Sauce

The perfect sea bass needs a rich creamy sauce. To make this, we recommend frying some baby tomatoes in olive oil for 2-3 minutes, and then cooking it until soft.

Then, add some crème Fraiche, stock powder, water, and tarragon. Mix together, bring to a boil, and then lower the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.

Serve

When the sauce is lovely and thick, pour it over the sea bass. The creamy sauce will blend wonderfully with the chargrilled tinge of the fish. This can be eaten on its own, with pasta, or with potatoes if you wish.
