The Traditional English Breakfast, also called “Full English,” is a hearty, comforting meal. And if you want to make something special for your loved ones, this is a great way to go. There are a lot of pieces to this puzzle, but the result is absolutely worth it.

Eggs

Fried, scrambled, or poached—eggs are a cornerstone of the English breakfast. Cook them to your preference, aiming for a runny yolk or soft scramble for optimal enjoyment.

Bacon

Choose back bacon or streaky bacon, cooked until crispy yet tender. Its savory goodness is a key element of Full English.

Sausages

Opt for high-quality pork sausages with a perfect balance of seasoning. Grill or fry them until golden and cooked through.

Black Pudding

This dark, savory delicacy made from blood, fat, and oatmeal is a defining feature. Fry slices until crisp on the outside while maintaining a moist center.

Baked Beans

Heated until piping hot, baked beans add a comforting touch and a hint of sweetness to the plate.

Grilled Tomatoes and Mushrooms

Halve tomatoes and lightly grill them until they’re slightly softened. Cook sliced mushrooms in butter until golden and tender.

Toast or Fried Bread

And finally, toast slices of bread until golden brown, or fry bread in butter for a crispy, special addition.
