How to Make the Perfect Zucchini Bun Sliders

Zucchinis are getting more and more popular, as every food joint, from fast food kiosks to high-end places, adds them to their menu.

Fortunately, for you, we have a recipe that will allow you to turn your very own place into a high-end dining area when your friends come over. Get ready for some culinary magic!

What you need:

• 3 slices cheddar, quartered
• Pickles, for serving
• 1 lb. ground beef
• Kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Ketchup, for serving
• Mustard, for serving
• Sliced tomato, for serving
• 2 large zucchini, sliced half an inch thick

How to make it:

1. Make sure the beef is shaped into 12 or more patties of the same size. Press your finger to put a dent into the center of the burger. Next, you should season both sides with lots of salt and pepper to get the ideal taste.

2. Don’t heat up the grill pan or the grill to the max, a medium intensity is all you need. Grill them until they are seared, two or three minutes per each side.

3. The only thing left to do is to secure the meat patties in between everything – the order is completely up to you. Use a toothpick in the process.
