Popular YouTube food show Hot Ones is bringing its love for all things spicy to Panda Express. The fast food restaurant, which offers dishes inspired by American Chinese cuisine, just announced that it collaborated with Hot Ones to create a new dish called Blazing Bourbon Chicken.
The dish is made by tossing boneless chicken and vegetables in a wok before drenching them with sweet and spicy bourbon sauce infused with Hot Ones’ signature Last Dab Apollo sauce. The new menu item is currently available in 50 locations and is the restaurant’s “spiciest dish” ever.
The Blazing Bourbon Chicken is a limited menu item and will be available until the end of the year. You can find all the participating locations on Panda Express’ official website.
Hot Ones features host Sean Evans interviewing celebrity guests while they eat chicken wings and pair them with a range of sauces that get progressively hotter. The Last Dab Apollo is considered to be the hottest sauce in the lineup based on its intensity.
The Panda Express collab isn’t the first time that Hot Ones has teamed up with restaurants and brands to create spicy food. Last year, fast food chain Shake Shack offered four limited-edition Hot Ones menu items, while Hot Pocket released several new products that were made with sauces used on the show.
