Pasta Day: The Best Fettuccine Alfredo

Cooking pasta is an easy solution for any meal of the day. You can prepare it for the whole family, or cook yourself a fast meal to take to the office. This is a very fast recipe that will help you make the best fettuccine alfredo. It will take you a total of 20 minutes to be done and it’s meant for 4 servings. As simple as that!

Ingredients

For this recipe, you should get:
1 lb fettuccine
1/2 c. butter
kosher salt
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

The first thing you need to do is prepare the pasta. Follow the instructions on the packaging. When the pasta is done, save 1 cup of the water, and drain the rest. While you’re waiting, you can prepare the sauce.

Combine the butter and cream in a skillet. Cook these two ingredients at medium heat.

When the butter is melted you can add the salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

Drain the pasta, then combine it with the sauce. Mix well, and if you feel like it’s too thick you can add from the water that you saved on the side. Top the fettuccine alfredo with parsley.
