Sake Sunrise

  • 2 oz sake (Junmai or Daiginjo)
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
  • Ice cubes

In a shaker, combine the sake, fresh orange juice, and a handful of ice cubes. Shake well until chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
