Ingredients

The ingredients you need are:
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 pounds chicken legs with no skin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red food coloring

Instructions

Grab a ziplock bag and place the chicken legs inside. You should cut them on the surface with a knife. Pour all the remaining ingredients inside the ziplock bag. Mix everything well inside.

Leave it in the freezer for at least 8 hours. It’s best to keep it in for a whole day. When the time is up, remove the marinade from the zip bag.

Add oil to a grill and set the heat to medium-high. Place the chicken legs on and cook them for 10 to 12 minutes.

You can also use the oven if you prefer. Set it to 400 F degrees and cook the tandoori chicken for 25 to 30 minutes.
