1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

Set the oven to 350 F degrees and prepare a baking dish with dimensions 8″ x 8″.

Get a pot and fill it with the butter and brown sugar. Set the stove to medium heat and cook the mixture for 5 minutes. The ingredients should melt and form a caramel sauce.
