Enjoy Summer With This Pina Colada Tres Leches Dessert

Ingredients

The ingredients you need for the cake are:
5 eggs
1/2 cup of condensed milk
2 1/8 sticks of butter
3/4 cup of sifted flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

For the tres leches, you need:
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup rum
1/2 cup pineapple juice

To make the frosting you need:
190 g cream cheese
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup coconut cream grated
toasted coconut
cherries
pineapple slices

Instructions

The first step of the pina colada tres leches is to set the oven to 350 F degrees.

Combine the sugar with butter and beat them together. Pour the condensed milk and start adding the eggs one by one. Then you can also include the baking powder and flour. Stir everything again.

Get a cooking mold and pour the batter in. Bake it for half an hour.

While you’re waiting you can prepare the tres leches part. Combine the coconut cream, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and rum.

In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream together with the coconut cream and cream cheese.
