Instructions

The first step to preparing the chicken is to cut each breast into two thin slices lengthwise. You need to to have very thin slices of meat for this recipe.

Grab a plate and add the flour, salt, and pepper on it. Place the chicken breast and coat them.

Add oil to your pan, and when it’s hot start cooking the meat. You’ll need 3 to 4 minutes per side for this part.

In the same pan, pour the wine. Continue by adding the chicken stock and lemon juice.
