This special month was invented to encourage people to get up in the morning and have something warm for breakfast. Believed to be the most important meal of the day, breakfast is not only important for the food itself, but also for taking the time to care for yourself.

Are you the type of person that prefers sleep over breakfast?Ā 
There are two types of people, type A who will put their alarm in the morning, pour themselves a bowl of their favourite cereal with a cup of coffee. And then you have type B, who prefers sleep over breakfast and will stay in bed longer and rather take a breakfast bar and grab a coffee on the way.

It has often been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and as parents, you shouldn’t let you children leave the house without having some breakfast. This will help them concentrate better at school, helps their brain function and absorption of information.

The Perfect Breakfast
We all love a good bowl of cereal or a (few) fresh piece(s) of bread with jam, cheese or peanut butter, but the best way to do it is to have a warm breakfast. With warm I mean, some eggs, oatmeal or even a warm bowl of cream cheese with maple and granola on top.
