Although scrambled eggs might not seem like that difficult of a dish to prepare, you would be surprised at how tricky it is to make a truly great batch of them.

There are some small tips that you can follow in order to give your scrambled eggs that “wow” factor which will push them from being bland to delicious. Check out these tips, which will help you improve your scrambled eggs!

Add a Splash of Milk

As strange as it might sound, adding a splash or two of whole milk to the mix of scrambled eggs while the mixture is still liquid in your pan is a great way to make them richer and fluffier. Whisk them into the blended egg yolks and whites, and you’ll definitely notice a difference.

Be Sure to Season

Don’t make the mistake of making scrambled eggs without any sort of seasoning to spice them up a bit. Even adding something as simple as a bit of sea salt and black pepper can make them taste so much better, and going further by adding chives or parsley can take them to the next level.

Don’t Overcook!

Many a plate of scrambled eggs have been ruined by a cook that left the pan of eggs on the burner for too long. Carefully monitor your scrambled eggs as they cook and take them off of the heat when they have just crossed past the point of being solid, as this means that they are done.
