Try This Great Recipe For Anchovy Mayonnaise

Anchovy Mayonnaise

Ingredients (to make enough to serve 4 people):

  • 1 tin of anchovies in oil
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • A small handfull of dill
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the lemon juice into the mayonnaise.
  2. Finely chop the anchovies and put them, along with their oil, into the mayonnaise.
  3. Finely chop the dill and add this, along with the capers and chilli flakes, to the mayonnaise. Stir thoroughly.

Anchovy Mayonnaise Pasta

When you’re cooking tagliatelle or spaghetti, drain the pasta once it’s cooked leaving just a little of the cooking water. Stir the anchovy mayonnaise, along with fistfuls of fresh spinach, through the pasta for an easy, tasty dinner.
