3 Easy Ways to Prepare Eggs in the Microwave

Not only are eggs a delicious addition to most meals, but they are also packed full of protein and minerals. If you don’t have much time on your hands to prepare them but still want to get your egg fix, there’s a simple solution. Here are three foolproof ways to prepare eggs in the microwave in minutes.

Scrambled Eggs

To make scrambled eggs in the microwave, simply break two eggs into a microwaveable bowl and beat them together until the yokes are all mixed in with the egg whites. Next, season them with salt and pepper and mix them before microwaving for two minutes on high heat. They’re best served on crunchy toast or in a rocket salad.

Baked Egg

To make poached eggs in the microwave just break an egg into a small microwaveable dish. Try to make sure that the egg fits snugly into the dish. When the egg’s in, pierce the yolk so that it doesn’t explode and cook the egg in the microwave for about one minute. Once the egg white has turned white, serve with some salt and pepper.
