With Curry

Instead of the standard rice as a base for a tasty curry, why not try quinoa instead? It will soak up all the flavors the same as rice would but also bring its savory, nutty flavor to the meal. 

Quinoa Burgers

Quinoa is a great texture to make burgers out of. The grains will stick together well, making for a juicy, dense bite. Simply mix cooked quinoa with finely sliced onion, garlic, red pepper, and zucchini. Roll the mixture into balls and then shallow fry them until crispy and well cooked.
