5 No-Bake Fall Dessert Ideas

When you think of fall desserts, the first one that comes to mind is usually pies, but sometimes it’s nice to make baked goods that don’t require the oven. These no-bake fall dessert ideas are super easy to make and absolutely delicious. Here are some desserts to get you in the fall spirit!

Pumpkin-Chocolate Tiramisu

This Italian classic has gotten a fall upgrade—pumpkin puree. The puree is added to a mixture of mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, confectioner’s sugar, and almond-flavored liqueur.

Pumpkin Tiramisu in Glasses: recipe ??/?? This is an easy, tasty and very creamy festive dessert. It is made with less ladyfingers as a normal tiramisu but is full of delicious fall flavours! Ingredients (4 glasses): 12 ladyfingers 250 g/ 8,8 oz mascarpone 150 g/ 5,2 oz roasted pumpkin 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1/3 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 tbsp marsala wine 100 ml strong coffee cocoa powder for sprinkling Method: Combine coffee and marsala wine in a soup plate. Let cool. In a food processor puree together mascarpone, roasted and peeled pumpkin, sugar and spices. Soak each ladyfinger in the coffee mixture from both sides and cut it in half with a knife. Place the two halves in a glass and cover them with 1 tbsp of the filling. Continue the process until filling each glass with 3 cut ladyfingers and 3 layers of filling. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving. Продукти (4 чаши): 12 бишкоти савоярди 250 г маскарпоне 150 г печена тиква 2 с.л. пудра захар 1/3 ч.л. канела 1/4 ч.л. инд. орехче 2 с.л. вино марсала 100 мл силно кафе какао за поръсване Приготвяне: Смесете кафето и марсалата в дълбока чиния. В кухненски робот сложете тиквата, маскарпонето, подправките и пудрата захар. Пюрирайте до гладкост. Натопете всяка бишкота в кафеената смес и я разрежете на две. Сложете двете половинки в чаша и покрийте с около 1 с.л. крем. Продължете процеса, така че всяка чаша да има по 3 бишкоти, покрити с 3 пласта крем. Охладете в хладилника за 6-8 часа. Поръсете с какао преди сервиране.
