You can transform your favorite spinach and artichoke dip into a perfect summer pizza in ten minutes. This spinach and artichoke pizza has a creamy garlic-herb sauce, layered with artichokes, fresh spinach, and pockets of sun-dried tomato pesto. Outside of the flavors, you don’t need to make any dough or use cutting boards. You only need to open a pre-made crust, lay everything on it, and heat it in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Pre-made pizza crust
  • Garlic herb spreadable cheese
  • A can of artichokes
  • A handful of spinach
  • Sun-dried tomatoes or pesto
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Layer your crust with spreadable cheese. Add some artichokes, spinach, a few sun-dried tomatoes, or small dollops of sun-dried tomato pesto. Top it with cheese.
  2. Bake for about ten minutes. Broil for the last three to four minutes to get it nice and browned. You can top it with parmesan.
