Hummus

If you love making homemade hummus, why not add delicious pumpkin seeds into the food processor while you’re at it. Hummus is really all about the tahini sauce which is crushed sesame seeds, so adding pumpkin seeds will just amp up the nuttiness. As a garnish, put some toasted seeds in the middle and you have the best party snack ever.

Salsa

Adding pumpkin seeds to salsas, especially salsa verde is a great way to contribute texture as well as flavor to the sauce. You can either grind it up in a food processor and put it in or roughly chop and add it to your favorite recipe.

Enchilada Sauce

To make an awesome enchilada sauce by throwing together the pumpkin seeds with stock, jalapeños, tomatillos, and some fresh herbs into a blender or food processor. You can use the sauce raw or cooked, and poured over enchiladas it makes for an awesome flavor bomb of a sauce.
