Although we’re still traipsing through the heart of winter, spring is not too far off. When the spring months finally do come around, you can kick it off right with these vibrant chicken marinades. Each one is full of life and bursting with flavor!

Herb-Grilled Chicken

If you like traditional flavors, this marinade has to be one of the best. Smother your chicken breasts in rosemary, thyme, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Serve with chopped parsley, and for best results, grill over an open fire.
