Chilled Caramel Fudge Bars

These fudge bars only call for dates, homemade caramel, peanut butter, and some coconut. All you need to do is blend the filling together, pat some shaved coconut on top, and wait for them to harden in the fridge.

Snickers Bites

Another easy-to-make dessert are these Snickers bites. To make these you need pitted medjool dates, a nut butter of your choice, some halved peanuts placed inside the dates, and melted chocolate. Coat the dates stuffed with nut butter and raw peanuts with the chocolate, and then place in the fridge.

Immune-Booster Smoothie

A good smoothie works just as well for dessert as it does for breakfast. For this green smoothie, you need Swiss chard, two frozen bananas, a touch of ginger, celery, fennel, and some water. Blend it all together, and drink it up. Your immune system will thank you for it.
