Making your own gluten-free dished at home can sometimes be tricky and not turn out as good as you think. But don’t fret! Once you get these recipes right, you’ll want to make them over and over again and this gluten-free bread is just one of those recipes! Ingredients

The main ingredients for this bread are cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, and baking powder. The baking powder and eggs will make the bread rise, and will also make it lighter. The cauliflower provides a great texture and you can feel good about getting in some veggies!

Method

  1. In a food processor, put the cauliflower and pulse until it resembles small grains.
  2. Heat the cauliflower in the microwave for a few minutes, then use a cheesecloth or dish towel to strain out the liquids.
  3. Separate your eggs and beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix the yolks and fold a small amount into them.
  5. Add in the rest of the ingredients including some garlic, butter, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Mix in the rest of the egg whites and pour into a loaf pan.
  7. Cover in seeds and fresh herbs, bake, and enjoy!
