Check Out This Homemade Granola Recipe

Granola is an all-natural sweet treat, which makes it a favorite for many people. You can use it as a nutritious breakfast (preferably combined with yogurt or milk) or just snack on it at any part of the day. While most of us are rather used to buying our granola mix at the supermarket, it can be a lot of fun to make it at home. It’s also really easy and doesn’t take long.

Here’s an optional recipe for homemade granola that you can adjust and alter according to your personal taste!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup nuts of your choice
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil (canola, sunflower, or other)
  • 1/4 cup dried bananas
  • 6 teaspoons honey 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Preheat the oven to 330 °F
  3. Bake for 20-30 min
  4. Take the mix out of the oven, let it cool down for a while, then break it into pieces
  5. Put the mix a container of your choice (a glass jar/ plastic food should do)
