Classic Caesar Salad With a Twist

This twist on classic Caesar Salad will do the trick if you love this tasty salad, but want a more filling option. This salad will leave your taste buds tingling and wanting more. This recipe can be made in a small batch, with enough for leftovers for the rest of the week. Just change the measurements depending on how much you want and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of pasta of your choice, cooked; we recommend bowtie
  • ½ grated or shredded parmesan cheese (add more to your liking)
  • Grilled chicken, as many pieces as you’d like, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for combining
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Cut grilled chicken into cubes
  3. Allow pasta and chicken to cool
    Add cooked pasta, cubed chicken, and lettuce to a large mixing bowl. Mix until fully combined
  4. Add parmesan, salt and pepper, and olive oil combine.
    Serve with soup, buttered bread, or on its own. You can add extra ingredients for added flavor,
    like croutons, tomatoes, or onions. This will make a great on-the-go lunch or dinner if you need
    more time. Enjoy!
