Ingredients

All you need for this recipe are two salmon fillets, a lemon, some pesto, breadcrumbs, and parmesan. If you want some extra bulk on the plate, potatoes, broccoli, and green beans are good candidates.

Flavor the Salmon

Take your two salmon fillets and place them skin down on a baking tray. Spread green pesto over the whole surface of the salmon, and try to make it as even as possible.

Mix Breadcrumbs
