Potatoes offer an endless source of tasty, satisfying, and high-energy meals. Not only are they relatively easy to prepare, but you can also eat a lot of them without breaking the bank. Here are five really easy ways you can make the most of your potatoes any day of the week.

Baked Potato Cubes

Simply skin your potatoes and chop them into one-inch cubes. Spread on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary if you like. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes and serve.

Boiled Potatoes

All you need to do for quality boiled potatoes is to place them in boiling water for 15-18 minutes, while adding a pinch of salt to the water. You will know when your potatoes are ready because they should slide effortlessly off of a knife without losing their shape.

Baked Potato

Take a big potato, pierce it several times with a fork, and place it in the center of the oven at 415 F for about an hour and 30 minutes. When the skin is crispy and the inside fluffy, serve with cheese, tuna, vegetables, or beans.

Roasted Potato

Chop your skinless potatoes into large chunks, cover in olive oil and rosemary, and bake for around an hour. Serve crispy.

Mashed Potato

Skin and boil your potatoes before draining them. Add a splash of milk and butter, and then mash them until they become light and fluffy.
