Ingredients:
- 1 lb. white American cheese, cubed or shredded
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, undrained
- 2 tablespoons canned jalapeños, chopped (optional for extra heat)
- 1 small tomato, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white American cheese and half-and-half. Stir continuously to prevent the cheese from sticking.
