Mouthwatering Chrispy Chickpeas With Whipped Feta

Craving a snack that’s both satisfying and light? Look no further than this recipe for crispy chickpeas with whipped feta. This mouthwatering combination brings together the crunchy, nutty flavor of roasted chickpeas with tangy whipped feta.


Crispy Chickpeas:

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) of chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Spices of your choice

Whipped Feta:

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. 
  2. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional spices you like until evenly coated. 
  3. Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until they’re golden and crispy.
  4. While the chickpeas are roasting, blend the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon zest in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  5. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and spoon the crispy chickpeas over the top or alongside for dipping. The contrast between the warm chickpeas and the cool, creamy feta makes for an irresistible combination.
