Eat Your Greens With This Delicious Stir Fry

Hitting your nutrient goals should be no problem with these super healthy, high protein stir fry. Ready and on the table in under 10 minutes, and incredibly tasty, this is a weekday winner.

Greens Stir Fry

Ingredients (to serve 2):

  • 1 pak choi
  • Half a head of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup of green beans
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 thumb sized piece of ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of mixed seeds
  • 2 nests of quick cook noodles

Instructions:

  1. Finely slice the pak choi and broccoli.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or large pan.
  3. Add the pak choi, brocolli, beans and sliced garlic, ginger and chilli to the pan.
  4. Fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the noodles, soy sauce and maple syrup. Fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Scatter over the mixed seeds just before serving.
