Energy Balls: Easy and Healthy Recipe

Snacking is such a holy moment of the day and we all encounter every day the same problem – what should I eat as a snack now?

On one hand, you want it to be tasty and easy to make, but on the other hand, you also want it to be healthy and low in calories. Sound like a ‘dream’ snack, isn’t it?

So let us tell you that this ‘dream’ snack exists and they are called the Energy Balls. They are easy to make and even tastier to eat.

Energy balls are low in calories and are a perfect snack as a pre or post-workout boost, with your coffee or as a mid-day nibble to make it through dinner-time.

All you need is a food processor and the minimal of ingredients. You can mix Medjool dates, cacao nibs and sunflower butter. Then, all what’s left to do is roll them into balls and cover them with shredded coconut or any other kind of seeds. Let them chill in the fridge for an hour before eating.

Easy right?
