Sparkling water is not just refreshing and a way to put some fizz in your cocktails, there are many benefits to using it in your cooking as well! With the cost of each bottle being low, it’s worth it to have around the house all the time. Here are some awesome kitchen hacks using sparkling water that will make your life easier and food more delicious.

Pancakes and Waffles

There is nothing like waking up on a weekend and making fresh waffles or pancakes. If you are looking to make them even fluffier, swap out regular water for sparkling! This will make the batter lighter and you’ll up with the fluffiest breakfast you’ve ever had.

Boiled Vegetables

A new way to boil vegetables faster and with fewer ingredients is by using sparkling water. Since it has a little bit of salt it in already, you won’t have to add as much, and the bright colors will be better retained than in regular water.

Scrambled Eggs

Most people turn to milk for creamy, fluffy eggs. Not anymore! Swap out the added fat of milk for the calorie-free sparkling water. Even adding a touch to your eggs will make them so light and fluffy you’ll wish you’d been using it all along.
