How To Create The Perfect Valentine’s Day Menu

If you are sucker for Valentine’s Day, then you’re probably already starting to plan what you’re going to have for dinner. If you want to really impress your partner, there’s a simple way to throw together a fantastic dinner.

Drinks

The easiest answer is, of course, champagne, but if you want to jazz it up, you can use some bubbly to make an Aperol spritz, a French 75, or just throw in some freshly squeezed juice of your choice.

If you want to go all out for dinner, make a streak for your main course. The easiest way to do that is to get a good but affordable cut like a ribeye or a flat iron steak, season well with salt and pepper, and sear in a pan with high heat. Baste it at the end with garlic, butter, and herbs, and you have a perfect main.

Dessert

Since you’ve done so much so far, take it easy and make some simple brownies for dessert. You don’t have to use any special techniques, you can make it in one big bowl and have it bake during dinner! If you want to make it more lovey-dovey, you can cut out pieces with a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
