- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 1/4 medium onion
- 20 ounces of pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons juice
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
