How to Make the Best Homemade No-churn Ice Cream

These fears are without a reason, as you can master the art of making ice cream and impress your guests like never before. What you’ll need:

  • 1 Juice and zest of 1 lmeon
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 c. blueberries, plus more for serving
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 c. heavy cream

How to make it:

  1. In order to make this wonderful ice cream, you will first have to puree the blueberries and subsequently move them to a medium pan. You should be working it over medium heat and start adding lemon juice and zest and a bit of brown granulated sugar. When the mixture boils, you’ll know that it’s the time to reduce the heat. Let it simmer down for about 30 minutes.
  2. When all is ready, you only have to take the bowl and place it a cool section of the refrigerator to chill for about an hour.
  3. Beat the mixture in a bowl, add condensed milk and fold it with blueberry puree.
  4. Let it freeze and serve later!
