Ideas for Super Bowl Leftovers

If you made all sorts of delicious dips and appetizers to eat while watching the Super Bowl, you might be wondering what you can do with the leftovers. Here are a few ideas for ways you can repurpose them so you can finish your leftovers without getting bored of them.

Tortilla Chips

If you have leftover nachos, they’ll repurpose great as a Mexican breakfast the next day. Chilaquiles is a salsa-y, egg-y breakfast eaten with tortilla chips that is absolutely delicious. If you’d rather make a lunch or dinner with it, a tortilla lasagna is also a great option. Just layer chips with cheese, salsa, and leftover meat.

Wings

If you have extra wings left, just use a fork to pull the meat off of them and then use it for whatever purpose you want: sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, or in that tortilla chip lasagna we mentioned above.

Pull It All Together

If you have a whole bunch of food left, it’s just begging to be thrown together into a big Super Bowl leftover meal. You can make it into a casserole or roll it up into a burrito, make some smaller tacos, or use it all as pizza toppings.
