Make the Tastiest Avocado Fries in a Few Simple Steps

You may already know how good avocado is good for you, but you probably haven’t seen how high it can fly. This delicious stone fruit has a creamy texture and numerous health benefits, and yet it still always manages to surprise us. Containing healthy fats and plenty of fiber, a meal with avocado will keep you full for a long time and help your digestive system run smoothly.

There are many recipes you can make with avocado, and today we wanted to share how to make oven-baked avocado fries that you can serve with whatever you choose.

Ingredients 

  • 2 avocados 
  • 3 tablespoons flour 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 

Instructions 

Preheat the oven to 375 F, and then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take three large bowls and separately place flour, the beaten egg, and breadcrumbs into each of them, respectively.

Peel the avocados and slice them like fries. Coat the slices with flour, dip it into the beaten egg, and then coat it in breadcrumbs. Lay them out on the baking sheet spaced out from one another. Drizzle some olive oil over them and bake for around 15 minutes, until they’re crispy. You’re done!
