Prepare to be Blown Away by These Roasted Chickpeas

Chickpeas have tons of protein, fiber, iron, and potassium, making them one of the best pantry basics to have at all times. Before you combine the chickpeas with the sriracha, dry them off really well. This will make it easier for the olive oil to adhere to them and make them even crispier in the oven.

Method

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, sriracha, olive oil, and garlic powder.
  2. Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. Pour the chickpeas into the bowl with the dressing and toss well so every chickpeas are covered.
  3. Spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 450F for about 30 minutes until they are brown and crispy.
  4. Use right away or store them in an airtight container to make sure they retain their crispiness!
