Quick and Easy Salmon Tartare with Coriander

If you want a high-class dish from fresh ingredients and almost zero effort, this is just the dish for you. Make sure you use only very fresh fish, as it is eaten raw. This dish pairs well with a green salad.

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams fresh and skinless Salmon
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 4 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Chop the salmon into very small cubes (of about 1/2 cm) and move it into a bowl.
  2. Add in the coriander, lime juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and move it into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, use a cooking ring to nicely plate the dish. Enjoy.
