You will need: 1 8-oz can tomato sauce 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1/4 cup canola oil 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 3 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup chicken broth 2 teaspoons ground cumin
Instructions
First, get a pan and heat the canola oil. Pour in the chili powder together with the flour. Cook them until you get a brownish color. You should be mixing constantly.
You can now combine the tomato sauce with all the other remaining ingredients. Stir them very well. Add this mixture to the pan, and mix again.
Continue cooking the enchilada sauce for 10 more minutes. The stove should be set on medium heat.
