These Antipasto Squares Will Make for a Delicious Appetizer

Are you looking for a delicious appetizer to serve your guests to get your next dinner party off to a great start? Then, these antipasto squares could be exactly what you need. Here is how you can cook up this meaty yet equally cheesy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes of crescent dough
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb. deli ham
  • 1/2 lb. sliced provolone
  • 1/4 lb. sliced mozzarella
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°. Take out a baking tray and spray it with cooking oil before placing half of the squares of crescent dough on the tray.
  2. Layer slices of ham, mozzarella, pepperoni, and provolone on top of each crescent.
  3. At the top of each pile, place the second half of the squares and coat with olive oil. Sprinkle oregano and parmesan over each square.
  4. Bake for about 35 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
  5. Once the antipasto squares look ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool for 15 minutes before serving.
