hiiiii honey 🐻 i had been craving some fudgy brownies for. long enough. and i’m going to warn you they are addictive so. please make them and eat them all. xx d — ingredients 1 cup chocolate chips, melted (i used lily’s but use enjoy life or another vegan choco chip!) 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 2 flax eggs (can prob do 2chia eggs as well or even banana) 3/4 cup coconut sugar (can also do raw sugar or brown sugar) 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (can also do 1/2c unsweetened applesauce or maybe even peanut butter?? omg someone pls try pb ty) 1/4 cup water 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 – 1 cup chocolate chips (not melted!) •• directions preheat oven to 325F. melt chocolate chips in microwave for 1min, stirring after to see if they’ve melted. if not, microwave in increments of 30sec until completely melted. you can also melt them over a small pot of boiling water (not a lot of water in the pot) and put the chocolate chips in a heat/melt proof bowl over the pot and stir until melted. anywho. in a medium bowl, whisk the flour, salt and baking soda until combined + set aside. in a separate bowl, add the flax eggs, sugar and oil and mix until combined (like 2 min). add the water and vanilla. add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and also the melted chocolate chips. and stir for about 3 min until combined. stir in the 1 cup chocolate chips. pour into a greased square pan (i did 8×8 and if you use something smaller etc your brownies will not be ready in the right amount of time uk). bake for 35 minutes. when finished, remove from oven and allow to cool completely in the pan! (seriously let them cook for like. 2 hours. if you can resist eating them) YUM happy delicious chocolatey fudgy gooeyness. ** if using applesauce in place of oil i recommend decreasing the sugar ** walnuts would be a nice addition for some crunch and 🧠 health 🙂

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 F and greasing a baking dish so it’s ready to go once the batter is done.
  2. In a bowl, mix together 3/4 cup of neutral oil, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
  3. Once all that is well incorporated, add in 3 whole eggs and mix well again.
  4. In a larger bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, which are 1/2 cup of any type of cocoa powder, 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 3/8 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet, combining with a wooden spoon but not working it too much.
  6. If you’d like to add in any extras such as chocolate chips, candy pieces, nuts, or anything else, do so now.
  7. Finally, pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center and when it comes out clean, that is how you will know it is done.
