Ingredients:
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup water (plus more for soaking)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water.
- Soak the quinoa in water for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
