Ingredients

For this veggie paleo pizza, you should get:
1 cup raw cashews
1 pound defrosted cauliflower florets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 finely minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup almond flour
4 tablespoons ground golden flax seeds
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/2 cup quartered Kalamata olives

Instructions

Begin by lining a baking sheet and setting the oven to 400 F degrees.

Combine 6 spoons of water with half of the flax.

Put the cauliflower florets on a paper towel, roll it and remove all the water you can. Place them in a blender and combine it with the water and flax. Include the salt, pepper, rest of the flax, and almond flour. When you’re done blending you will get the pizza dough.

Roll the dough on the baking sheet and leave it in the oven for 12 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the topping. Blend the yeast, cashews, salt, coconut oil, and garlic powder.

Take out the crust and spread the topping. Add the garlic, onion, olives, spinach and basil on top. Bake for 7 more minutes.
