Ever crave something sweet and satisfying but don’t feel like dealing with the hassle of baking? We’ve got the perfect solution: a latte cake that’s taking the internet by storm. @foodbyarii so sweet but so good •200g cream cheese (I used philadelphia) 250ml condensed milk 300ml whipping cream •300ml warm milk+1 tbsp cappuccino+biscuits •200g chocolate+60ml milk •I added the whipped cream after the condensed milk, but if you want a thicker effect, whip the cream aside and add everything. #easyrecipe ♬ original sound – halal audios 🇵🇸

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 1/4 cups warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon cappuccino powder
  • Biscuits (enough to layer your dish)
  • 8 oz chocolate
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, dissolve cappuccino powder in warm milk. Dip biscuits one by one into the cappuccino mixture just long enough to soak them slightly, not allowing them to become too soggy. Arrange the biscuits in an even layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
  2. In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in condensed milk. Fold in whipped cream until incorporated. Spread this mixture over the biscuits.
  3. In a saucepan, melt chocolate with 1/4 cup milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour the ganache over the creamy layer, ensuring it is completely covered.
  4. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set the layers and blend the flavors.
