Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Save about 1 cup of pasta water for later, then drain the rest and set the pasta aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
