Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 pint (about 2 cups) of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 200g of feta cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
