One of the best ways to keep yourself cool during these hot summer days is to enjoy some delicious ice cream. In order to do so, you don’t even have to step outside. Simply make it at home.
There are plenty of great ice cream recipes out there, but we wanted to find one that is simple, easy, and uses fewer ingredients. And we found one.
A while back, TikTok user @erinsgranola shared a super simple ice cream recipe that only uses two ingredients and doesn’t need an ice cream maker.
According to her viral video, you simply need to combine half a cup of Nutella (or some other chocolate spread) and two cups of heavy cream in a bowl. Mix using an electric mixer until you get a “light and velvety” texture.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and pop it in the freezer for at least five hours. And there you have it.
We don’t know about you, but we will definitely be making a lot more of this ice cream than we should. It is quick and easy, and you can always make some extra batches to keep around when your friends visit. How awesome is that?
